What I dont get about $SLNO VYKAT is why Drs dont just use GLP-1s for these Prader willi patients.
This VYKAT drug seems rough to take. I know PW patients are desperate for a drug, so glad they have something, but GLP-1s seem like a safer bet long term.

@BrianOrelli I don't know about the cost. The timing of FDA approval for transferred manufacturing ought to fit within the "18 month" window that is being discussed.
