@HackingDave That's crazy. I was supposed on be on a flight through there this afternoon, but the flight was canceled when the airspace closed. Probably safer that way.

My buddy shared a pic of where I used to stay in Bahrain - guess the exact spot our tents were at just got hit by Iran. Luckily everyone was evacuated out beforehand 🙏 Stay safe brothers and sisters in theatre.

Once I learned my body, and simply put that its calories in vs calories out - losing weight became easy. Like the easiest thing ever. I struggled with obesity my entire life and I have a system that will work for the rest of my life. I pushed a hard bulk phase this time around. I shot up to 252lbs intentionally. Within two months I’m now sitting at 223lbs, and my leanest yet. Shooting for 215. Kept my protein input the same just adjusted fats and carbs. At 2300 cals a day right now and going to drop again soon. Started cutting phase at 3000 calories. Less weight you are, less calories you need. Simple formula for success. #wehackhealth
