I’m seeing a lot of people say April 2nd but that is not a confirmed date from Call of Duty yet. If ranked is only down for 48 hours that is obviously a different story, but I still don’t understand why they have to fuck with it. Just keep it online all year.

“Once the Ranked Series concludes, Ranked Play will be brought offline across both modes until Season 03 begins.” I am a little concerned about this. The Ranked Series ends March 31st. Season 3 is expected to be mid to late April. So they are straight up turning ranked play off for a multi week period right in the middle of the season? Can we keep ranked online like…the entire time?

@CoDdiscussion No, I knew this would be asked. Vegas in BO4 was in December 2018, and this is a calendar year stat.

Traix now leads all rookies in series wins (10). This would be the 2nd season in a row Miami Heretics have the winningest rookie (RenKoR led all rookies in wins last season. Miami Heretics would become the first org to have the winningest rookie in back to back seasons. They would also join Ultra and Surge as the three orgs who have had 2 rookies lead a season in series wins. Winningest rookie per season: MW19: Shotzzy/iLLeY (Empire) CW: Insight (Ultra) VG: Pred/Sib (Surge) MWII: Scrap (Ultra) MWIII: Abuzah (Surge) BO6: RenKoR (Heretics) BO7: Traix? (Heretics)

OpTic Texas (9-0) are only 2 wins away from an undefeated qualifier stage. This would be the most impressive qualifier stage in CDL history considering the 11 match format compared to the previous high of 7 games in a stage. This would also be Shotzzy & Dashy’s 5th undefeated qualifier stage, which would tie Simp, aBeZy, and Cellium (5) for the most undefeated qualifier stages in CDL history.

Another quality win for the @C9COD_ boys. They’ve now beat both Koi and the Major I champs Paris Gentlemates. C9 has 3 remaining matches during Stage 2: LA Thieves, Carolina Ravens, FaZe Vegas

@TheHelgy That would be Enable, teamed with Scump, FormaL, and Crimsix at 2 events in AW. Then teamed with Karma on the Surge in 2020

No, every MVP has been an event winner. That has always been the standard but lowkey I do think there should be exception if somebody goes historically berserk yet places 2nd or 3rd. But the most likely response would be were you really the most VALUABLE that weekend if you didn’t actually win the event

@nikokar4 CleanX joined halfway through MW19. Insight joined Stage 2 in CW. CleanX won 12 matches before Insight joined

@BrianStats1 How does CleanX only have 12 more wins than Insight? Did Ultra only win 12 series in total through mw19 and start of Cold War, or am I missing something?

@CaesarSZN Absolutely absurd, 51-19 overall. I didn’t have this stat tracked before today and I wanted to see where Mercules ranked and my biggest takeaway was that there have been a ton of insane SND stages.

This is only Mercules’ 3rd qualifier stage in his career and his SND K/D continues to skyrocket stage after stage. BO6 Stage 4 - 1.22 BO7 Stage 1 - 1.52 BO7 Stage 2 - 1.72 His 1.72 in this current stage is the 13th highest SND K/D in a stage all-time, and he’s currently 1 of 5 players to have a 1.50+ in back to back stages.
