The right culture helps sustain the outcomes a great strategy produces. The wrong culture erodes them. The right strategy energizes the healthy culture that supports it. An ineffective strategy demoralizes it.

When something needs to be addressed with those we lead, we have two options: speak or shrink. When we shrink back, we make actually make space for more damage to be done. Choose to be courageous and love them enough to say something. #leadership #churchleaders #ministry
