Ahead of the big voting day on Thursday 7th May 2026. AYM want to remind 16–18‑year‑olds that you don’t need anything complicated to take part — you just need to bring yourself. The key message here is straightforward: Your future = your vote. @AberdeenCC #voiceschangefutures

AYM want you to feel informed and ready. Youth voice matters — and showing up on 7th May 2026 is one way to make that voice heard. When you go to the polling station in Scotland, you’ll receive two ballot papers — one for your constituency, and one for your region.
