@ReemAmirIbrahim I worked in America many times between 2000-2016. I genuinely love the country and its citizens are very friendly as you say. I wouldn’t want to live there. The amount of healthcare that my wife needed for the 10 years for cancer would have financially ruined us.

9 February 1997. Hamilton-born Brian Connolly, flamboyant lead singer of 1970s glam-rock band Sweet, died. He was 51 (not 52 as stated in his Daily Mail obituary). Sweet’s biggest hits were Blockbuster, Hellraiser, Co-Co, Little Willy, Ballroom Blitz and Wig Wam Bam.

@bagshaw2112 Bad finger in the chart with Day after Day also wrote Without you sung by Nilsson in at 22. It was a massive hit but the Badfinger guys never got loyalties and the legal battle took its toll. They committed suicide. Harry Nilsson’s success with the record fuelled his alcoholism.
