@JulieBoudicca Size is not relevant. As I said already, there are possibly more accents of England in Ireland than there are in the United States - I'm aware that Ireland has about 1/50th of the population of the US - but that doesn't explain anything.

we’re not making fun of the people dying, we’re telling you what to do to prevent people from dying, you people are bending over backwards and creating fake science (“the UK has a super special kind of heat no one else understands!” “insulation only works one way!”) as to why you can’t do something simple to fix your problem. if anything we’re making fun of your stupid logic and justifications. we seem to be the only ones who actually CARE that your people are dying!

@ManyHanekawa The older I get the more convinced I am that only Europeans and (barely) Japanese can create a society where the vast majority can live in relative peace and prosperity. The Chinese and Koreans are high in the rankings too but socially their cultures are hellholes

@Brianstylee @notanerable Homes where old people stay in 99% have AC. Not to mention that normal housing is resident enough against the heat from the outside if you close the windows. And the heavy transition from inside to outside is extremely unhealthy. Also, old people here goes for walks quite often
