🚨Michigan Democrat Rep. Karen Whitsett quits the Democrat party and won't run again, says Democrats betrayed her faith. "It’s impossible to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ while remaining a member of the Democratic Party as it exists today." She calls out abortion, gay lifestyle normalization, and gender redefinition as impossible to square with Scripture. Democrats demand Christians abandon God for their extremism. Whitsett chose Jesus over the left, huge respect. More believers need to wake up and get out!

This story is INSANE. A man and his family, who could have easily been exectued, were given divine protection from the living God, who ultimately saved all of them through Jesus. BRO 👇

🚨 I believe everyone needs to hear @davidnasser's chilling TRUE story of surviving the Islamic revolution in Iran. This is a real-life example of God putting his hand of protection over a family so He can ultimately call them home. Incredible.

🚨New: Michigan Democrat State Rep. Karen Whitsett has announced she won’t run for reelection because her Christian faith is incompatible with the Democrat Party: “For me, it is impossible to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ while remaining a member of the Democratic Party as it exists today. I cannot reconcile that platform with Scripture”

It was an honor to have my friend @davidnasser on the podcast this week. To say his conversion story is "incredible" would be an understatement. Everyone in the room had chills listening to this...

The Police Officer I was speeding. I know, I know. 85 in a 65. I saw the lights. My heart sank. The officer walked up. "In a hurry, son?" "My wife," I choked out. "She's in labor. The hospital is 20 miles away." He looked in the passenger seat. My wife was gripping the handle, screaming through a contraction. He didn't ask for my license. He didn't lecture me. He ran back to his car. He turned on his siren and pulled in front of me. He escorted us all the way to the ER entrance. blocked traffic so we could pull right up. He stayed until they wheeled her in. Two hours later, I walked out to move my car. He was still there, leaning on his hood. "Well?" he asked. "A boy," I said. "8 pounds." He took off his hat and smiled. "Congratulations, Dad. Slow down on the way home." He handed me a ticket... for a parking violation. $0. Warning only. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear badges and clear the way. Anonymous

Christian singer Matthew West shared a powerful story about taking his daughter to camp. During an exercise, the daughters were blindfolded and the dads were told to guide them through the woods after repeating three instructions: I will never leave you. You can ask me anything. And only listen for my voice. At first, he could guide her easily. Then the counselors signaled for him to remove his hand. He was no longer allowed to speak unless his daughter remembered she could ask him anything. Eventually, they got off track on their hike and a counselor quietly led her into a ditch without her realizing it. After standing there blindfolded and confused, she finally asked, “Dad, are you there?” Matthew said he teared up as he answered, “Yeah. I’m here.” This moment reminded him how often we forget the same truths about God: that He never leaves us, we can ask Him anything, and we need to listen for His voice.

Sean McVay shares a universal truth about adversity and resilience. "You're either in it, you're coming out of it, or you're gonna go back into it in a short period of time." That's the reality. Adversity isn't a one-time event - it's a cycle. "The separator is people's ability to handle that. How long can you stay in some of those uncomfortable spots and knowing that real growth is occurring?" The question isn't whether adversity will come. Because it will. The question is: can you stay in the discomfort long enough to grow from it? "Adversity's inevitable. That's what's so great about sports. We learn so many things that test you in ways that are reflective of what you go through in a bunch of different arenas." You don't grow despite adversity - you grow because of it. The best aren't fearless - they just keep showing up. (🎥@pureathleteinc )

God walked to meet Adam in the COOL of the day, and Adam hid himself. Not because God had changed, but because man had. Sin always drives us into hiding “I was afraid… and I hid myself” Genesis 3:10. The next time Scripture shows God walking to meet a man, it is no longer in the cool of the day. It is in the HEAT of the day, when Abraham sits at the entrance of his tent, weary and exposed Genesis 18:1. And this time, God comes to covenant, to promise, to bind Himself in grace. That contrast matters. And is theological. When fellowship is broken, God does not cease to pursue, but He often meets us in affliction rather than ease. Scripture confirms this pattern “Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep Your word” Psalm 119:67. When we refuse to walk with God in peace, He teaches us to walk with Him through pressure. Many only seek God in the heat. In sickness. In loss. In fear. But God is not a last resort. He is to be walked with daily. “You shall walk in all the way that the Lord your God has commanded you” Deuteronomy 5:33. If we ignore Him in comfort, we should not be surprised when He meets us again in discomfort. Seek Him when the day is cool, not only when it burns. Seek Him Always!

Sleep is one of the quiet mercies God gives us each day. We do not drift into rest because our bodies are clever or because our minds know how to shut down. We sleep because God, in His kindness, places rest upon the body and peace upon the mind. Scripture tells us plainly in Psalm 127:2 that God “gives His beloved sleep.” Rest is not a natural accident. It is a gift. When we lie down at night, we are actually entering a moment of trust. Sleep is the one part of life where we release control completely. We close our eyes, our strength leaves us, our thoughts fade, and our lives are held only by the care of God. That is why David could say with confidence, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety” in Psalm 4:8. He slept because God was awake. Even our deepest worries and traumas cannot stop God from calming the mind when He chooses to give rest. Scripture acknowledges this reality. David cried, “My soul is greatly troubled” Psalm 6:3. Elijah could not rest until God restored him in 1 Kings 19:4-8. The Lord is “near to the brokenhearted” Psalm 34:18 and “heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” Psalm 147:3. For the wounded, God gives rest slowly, gently, and patiently, restoring the inner life until sleep becomes possible again. He steadies the heart. He quiets the thoughts. He relaxes the muscles. He reminds us that we are creatures with limits, and He is the Creator without any. People may use medicines or substances to force themselves into unconsciousness, but that is not the same as the nourishing rest God gives. True sleep restores the body, steadies the mind, and strengthens the spirit because it comes from the One who made us. Every night we sleep, God is teaching us something about Himself. He is the Keeper who “will neither slumber nor sleep” in Psalm 121:3-4. He watches while we rest. He protects us through the hours we are unaware. He renews us for the next morning by His power. Sleep is not a small thing. It is a daily reminder that we depend on God for everything. Every breath. Every heartbeat. Every hour of rest. Every morning, we open our eyes is proof that His mercies were new while we slept. So when you fall asleep tonight, remember this: you are resting because God is holding you. Every night’s sleep is a whisper of His love, His care, and His faithfulness.

Five non-negotiables of Christianity: 1. We are justified by faith in Jesus Christ alone. 2. God is triune in nature. 3. The Bible is the inerrant, infallible word of God and our highest authority. 4. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human. 5. Jesus bodily resurrected.
