Today, we mourn the 1,200 innocent lives taken in the October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. One year after that horrific day, we pray for the release of the hostages, an end to this war and bloodshed, and peace throughout the Middle East.

Tomorrow is my lovely late husband’s birthday. A family friend shared a story from his last days on earth: “I am a hot commodity, God wants me with him in heaven” while smiling up at her from his hospital bed. This brought tears to my eyes. Happy Birthday Back! I miss you deeply!
