Early Years had a fantastic day at West Lodge Farm - they saw lambs and fed them milk, piglets, donkeys etc and had a fun ride on the barrel train @BridgewaterPrim
This morning our School Council eloquently shared their new child friendly anti- bullying policy with us in assembly. The school choir did a great job and led our singing. @BridgewaterPrim
Year 5 have been writing and sharing their poems with residents from St Christopher’s care home. They personified moods inspired by Kate Wakeling who has written three books - new one coming soon … The flying Machine of Dreams 📚 @BridgewaterPrim
Dan from Portals of the Past has returned to Year 3 for his annual visit and amazed and wowed the children with his knowledge of the Romans and inspired them to deepen their learning @BridgewaterPrim
The School Council have been busy reviving our plot at the Peace Garden in Abington Park. They planted lots of foxgloves, tulips and alliums. Our contributions last year awarded us ‘outstanding’. 🌷🪻🌺🌻@BridgewaterPrim
New Leaf learning - rolling down muddy slopes, pond dipping finding newts, whittling sticks for apples dipped in chocolate melted over a fire, dipping toes and relaxing yoga - the whole group were amazing 🌳 🔥 ⭐️- thank you Alex @BridgewaterPrim
Year 5 had a fantastic day at the National Space Centre. They watched a planetarium show explored the interactive exhibits, took part in a Mars Rover workshop that involved hands-on coding. They were a credit to the school throughout the day. @BridgewaterPrim 🪐 🚀☄️🛰️
