Last Friday the third year sport sciences students went to our Macassar group to do some testing. We are so thankful so have them as partners in both our programmes now. @adapt2move

Our team from Macassar went to the Stellenbosch Sport Science Dept for a training session last Friday. They enjoyed their time there. Thanks to those who hosted them. @adapt2move

Team SA took 17 para athletes to the Commonwealth Games and 10 of them won medals!! Congrats to all . Team SA end up 6th on the medal table with 37 medals

We loved returning face's! Lia will be attending her 9th event with us on Saturday. We have loved seeing her grow in confidence!
