@BrightStarts the turtle on our Nemo bouncer heated up and smelled like it was burning. We removed the batteries immediately. Would you like this turtle back for research? Looks like 2 capacitors blew. We would love a replacement turtle. Thanks

@BrightStarts have to say I'm not happy about this. Our 9 month old was bouncing away in the jumperoo when this broke off, and she proceeded to try and put the purple piece in her mouth. If it can't withstand, it's intended use. Is it even safe for her to use?

@BrightStarts I bought my son the flashing monkey toy that spins and it’s stopped moving? It just flashes. We bought it to encourage his crawling, so it’s a little useless now? He’s started trying to crawl so we got it out to use it. It was bought in May from @SmythsToysUK.

An odd call to arms, here. Don Cooper's widow (if you're a reader of my books, you know who that is), cares for her 53 y/o blind/mentally disabled son. He lost his favorite stim toy, @BrightStarts Oball Flex & Stack 3". They dont make it anymore. And he is broken about it. HELP!
