Another morning on a fresh #realnofap attempt I don’t think I’m going to count the days until it’s over, I feel the idea of trying to get a high streak can make it stressful and isn’t an approach I like as I’d rather focus on each day as it’s own thing #nofap

day 4 #realnofap Unfortunately today ended the streak but im honestly not disappointed and Im not beating myself up over it, would’ve been nice to do it in one or at least last a week but one gap in 4 days is a massive improvement over 4 faps every day Very proud of myself

Morning of day 4 #realnofap first hard wave of need to stroke, weakest ive felt but I can’t bring myself to get out of bed

So I was thinking is this just because my account is small or are nofappers going and following or mass liking gooners then expecting their DMs to remain clean, or have I missed something entirely?

I had a thought earlier today #realnofap people and would love your opinions. I like looking at others journeys but I often see talk of gooners coming to peoples dms and relapsing that way but honestly in 3 days ive only had support in my dms

Day 3 #realnofap Can’t remember the last time I went this long while at home and honestly it’s still been pretty easy, Im beginning to think it was just my way of filling excess time rather than needing it #nofap

Another morning of #realnofap and here we are, the weekend hopefully I can keep busy and stay focused when urges hit, did have a very close call after my post yesterday night, should really just turn everything off at that point

Day 2 Another day of #realnofap done, despite a bit of urges midday ive been feeling alright and am very happy with myself #nofap

It’s been a little tougher today, woke up earlier and did my usual routines but now have excess time which is dangerous, but I’m still feeling decently good #nofap #realnofap

Day 2 morning Definitely a good bit of temptation and ive woken up earlier than usual but I know how to get through this, a cold shower and a dog walk should start my day right

Also I really thought posting on here would be counterproductive but actually just the feeling of a community even if half of it are just gooners in disguise, having other people around to support and be held accountable to really helped

I think the main thing was just not lingering on anything or letting my mind wander, just a quick check and back to doing something else

Day 1- Well that marks the end of my first full day of #realnofap and I mean there’s a lot to say, I actually found it easier than I thought I would, I came on here a few times to get the dopamine hit of notifications but didn’t stick around long enough to get baited…

First #realnofap morning, I can see what people mean about mornings being tough, probably gonna go walk the dogs to try distract myself

Decided to use this account to detail my #nofap journey starting right now as my DMs are less gooner infested if anyone has real advise it’s genuinely appreciated, here’s to getting better #realnofap
