Maui Ocean Club -VERY DISAPPOINTING FIRST DAY!! Room not ready til 6pm! Sent to room rented to someone else! Finally right room - NO HOT WATER! Blamed renovation 🙄 I’m exhausted!

Yesterday after running hot water for 25 minutes (a recommendation from the front desk) we finally got hot water but today we are going on 35 minutes and still no hot water yet! The desk told us to try showering at different times of the day to avoid peak shower times!

@MarriottBonvoy @Marriott @MarriottVacClub Front desk admitted they were having boiler problems and to try to shower at another time of day! Apparently too many people shower at 8pm and 5am in Hawaii!

Day 2- STILL NO HOT WATER Front desk told me I could maybe shower in a hospitality room but can not guarantee hot water!! @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott @MarriottVacClub
