Anyhow, this has gone on all week. I'm wondering if they are trying to keep our service down in order to keep us in "darkness" over some incoming information or something. Seems that a simple upgrade would be completed easily and quickly. What have I missed lately?

So Concast has been has been attempting to "upgrade" our local service for about a week now....I've been getting a morning text saying that crews will be working in the area and the upgrade wouldn't take long. Later at the end of the day, I get a text saying that the crews were unable to finish and expect for continuing work in the near future...
