State-Sanctioned Murder, Now Standard Procedure
What is paraded as security is the administrative normalisation of death. Indefinite detention, absent charge, planned execution: the architecture of extermination wearing a legal costume. When one state perfects it, others rehearse it. Silence is consent; resistance is obligation.

As Jamaica celebrates Reggae Month this February, the island’s music and culture once again take centre stage. Even thousands of miles away in Canada, one Jamaican content creator has been quietly doing the work — introducing audiences around the world to the rhythms, traditions and stories that make Jamaica unique.
For 30-year-old Jamaican-Canadian Rachelle Thompson, known as Sincerely Rachelle on social media platforms, sharing Jamaican culture online started almost by accident, and by faith.

"I was told by the midwife to shut up," says Tenisha, "and then she put her hand over my mouth..." This makes my blood boil. Black women don’t just suffer racial slurs in maternity care - it is something more insidious. Thank you for reporting @Shamaan_SkyNews

🚨 “PEOPLE WILL TAKE, HURT, AND SELL YOUR KIDS” - A MOTHER WARNS PARENTS
An American woman says parents need to stop pretending the world is safe.
She references The Incredibles - the moment when a mother has to tell her children this isn’t a game, and the people chasing them would kill them if they could.
Her message is blunt:
Keeping kids oblivious doesn’t protect them - it makes them easy targets.
She says children need to understand:
• People can take you
• People can hurt you
• People can sell you
• And if you’re taken, you may never come back
“No sugarcoating. A little fear keeps them alive.”
“In order to save them... we have to start telling our children the truth.”
Some parents call that extreme.
She calls it responsible.
Are we protecting our kids - or raising them to be unprepared victims?
