Mayor Zohran Mamdani released his 2025 tax return to be viewed by reporters. He made $131,296 from his Assembly salary, plus $1,643 in royalties - presumably from his rap career. His wife reported an income of $8,234 as a graphic designer. Story to come as we dig in.

Max is genuinely one of the most interesting artists around and I think it’s sad that his career has more or less ended due to medical problems. He is one of my saddest “what could have been” thoughts. Such a great mind.

“It’s funny to view music as a high art” I feel like I’m the only person in the world who cares any more. Nothing is allowed to be taken seriously. I make music because I love it and I want others to love it, but why bother if this is the average moron talking about it?

@apt9charlie it is. lol music is a commodity at this point it's funny to still view it as high art. anything that can be streamed and disseminated this easily is no longer the holy artistic entity you view it as. it is something being sold to you. either consume it or don't
