@BritishGasHelp absolutely fuming with yous, your company installed a smart meter yesterday and it’s not working. Will not take the top ups and won’t accept manually. I’ve been on phone constantly all day asking for engineer but been fobbed off. No gas , a two year old with cold

@BritishGas do you think an annual gas boiler service is suffice when it’s attached to this? And no, there are no TVRs at water points, and yes the thermostat is not operational on the tank and yes it’s asbestos. 112 white hart lane. Sw13 0qb. Local authority failure to act

You can't make complaints about smart meter installation appointments cancellations, no option on webform @BritishGas Apparently there are technical faults engineers call drops and they cancel appointments leaving the customer waiting. @BritishGasHelp
