@apwOfficial Hi. I'm sorry to read that you've had issues. We don't want to lose you but if you wish to change suppliers you just need to contact another supplier and make the request. We can't do anything on the system until another provider takes over. 1/2

@BritishGasHelp absolutely appalling service from British Gas. Staff that don’t listen that’s even if you can get through to actually speak to someone. Have been a British Gas customer for over 40 years but will not be for very much longer

@BritishGasHelp trying to speak to customer service on the lite chat bot is a painful. Iv sent all docs to prove im an incoming lease holder via email and chat and still they’ve left me on out of contract rates. Id never ever recommend. The contract rates should be back dated!

@BritishGasHelp you guys are complete idiots look at case ref 50299660977 a meter that was de-energised in 2016. You keep chasing payment. 17 June you advised account had been closed but you have just set up new account. What does anyone have to do?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
