So if a character has the tools to beat more of the cast than another, they are considered a better character than that other character. How matchups are determined is by moveset and move properties (frame data etc.) among other things.

@Eclipsome @halo2mappack MGS's relationship with the supernatural is very strange. MGS2 goes put of it's way to explain Fortune, but not Vamp. MGS1 never explains away Mantis' powers as something scientific, nor does any of MGS3. I wonder why Vamp couldn't just be left as is

@masterkevkev @Blacky1van Civilians are allowed to be dumb and make poor decisions without being shot and killed. Just as if this was a police officer being detained in the exact same manner as Pretti, and he was shot and killed, I would be against that, too. I've been very consistent on this.

@masterkevkev @Blacky1van The fact remains that he was not in possession of his firearm at the time he was shot. ICE had his gun in their possession and then chose, for whatever negligent reason, to shoot an unarmed man.

@masterkevkev @Blacky1van Also, if and that is a big if, because it is not confirmed, from my understanding, that Pretti's gun did discharge, then that would also be on ICE. They had his gun at the time, so it would stand to reason to have been their error that led to the discharge.
