So, Claude CAD built me a 15.6:1, 3-stage gearbox. I "sketched" a rough outline of what I wanted in Shapr3D with the general gear arrangement. Bearings and fasteners from McMaster. Claude did everything else. 139 part assembly. Involute teeth. Retaining rings. All of it.

QUESTION! Do you have a parts website that you order from (doesn't have to be cars) that you love? Do any of them have a good user-friendly layout, or are they all just kinda bad?

The Facebook hay experts say this is a waste of fuel and should only be used as an emergency tool…getting hay off the ground in 3 days saves me more in quality than the little bit of fuel and I barely trust a 3 days forecast let alone a 7 day

I guess you can wait in line or wait at a charger. Also, these are some PREMIUM electrons! @ChargePointnet @LovesTravelStop this pricing in Grayson, KY is obscene and will endeavor to never stop here again at these prices. Morehead and Huntington have charging for $.20 less per kWh, rendering your station unnecessary for all but the most dire situations.

@Monopoly4Real The air gap between the sleeper and trailer face is a big disturbance in air flow. Are you running full skirts on the trailer? Any airflow addons for the underside of it?

@BrixActual Yup. It seems as though the closer I stay around 63-65 is where I get the best fuel efficiency. Hmm … I hadn’t even thought about the 5th wheel position.

I just ran a load that was 19,732 lbs. I averaged 8.2 mpg on that trip. Someone told me I should be getting around 9.0 mpg when my loads are this light. I wonder what I’m doing wrong?

@peaceful_bully The rocks that fall off of the truck are their responsibility, the rocks that fly up from the tires are not.

Why are cement trucks allowed to throw tiny rocks at your car?

@peaceful_bully So fun thing they are not allowed too. They must either be covered, secured, or cleaned to prevent ANYTHING from coming off of the truck. Pebbles count as a load and they are in violation of securing that load. Call your DOT and report them and get your stuff fixed.
