So, Claude CAD built me a 15.6:1, 3-stage gearbox. I "sketched" a rough outline of what I wanted in Shapr3D with the general gear arrangement. Bearings and fasteners from McMaster. Claude did everything else. 139 part assembly. Involute teeth. Retaining rings. All of it.

Came in for an alignment after they did their own work. Both lower ball joints completely loose. Wanted us to tighten them for free. This is why we charge so much.

@peaceful_bully The rocks that fall off of the truck are their responsibility, the rocks that fly up from the tires are not.

@peaceful_bully So fun thing they are not allowed too. They must either be covered, secured, or cleaned to prevent ANYTHING from coming off of the truck. Pebbles count as a load and they are in violation of securing that load. Call your DOT and report them and get your stuff fixed.
