Community Foundation Before development gains momentum, your ecosystem should already exist. That means: • A professionally structured Discord or Telegram • Clear channels and categories • Roles & permissions • Verification systems • Moderation & security bots • Welcome flows • Support systems • Community guidelines • Social platforms (X, Discord, Telegram, Website) Everything should be ready before the first wave of members arrives. 3. Development Now you build. But while development continues, your community should be growing alongside it. Share progress. Tell your story. Build transparency. Collect feedback. Create excitement. 4. So let me properly introduce myself. My name is Viktor. I’m a tech enthusiast, Web3 builder, community architect and growth strategist who has spent years learning, building, failing, improving and growing within the digital space. I grew up in an environment that pushed people to think beyond limitations to learn skills, build something meaningful and create opportunities through technology and beyond. That curiosity led me deep into tech. From there, I found Web3 in 2022. And since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding how communities grow, how projects succeed, how visibility works and how strong systems are built behind successful brands in this space. I’ve been around long before now, even though I lost some accounts during the periods of mass suspensions and platform changes over the years. But regardless of setbacks, I stayed consistent. I kept learning. I kept building. I kept working with projects. I kept improving my craft. Over time, I started expanding across different sectors of Web3 and helping projects grow through community building, marketing, engagement systems, development, moderation, branding, campaigns, collaborations, infrastructure setup and strategic positioning.
