To allege that your wife is being violated behind your back is false and defamatory. It constitutes defamation under Ghanaian common law, actionable in civil court for damages and retraction. Further, his conduct breaches the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775), Section 76, which criminalizes sending messages that are grossly offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing. His post also falls under Section 208 of the Criminal Code, 1960 (Act 29), which prohibits false publications likely to cause fear and alarm to the public. Such statements cause reputational harm, public ridicule, and psychological injury. They endanger the dignity of your family, especially when your children are exposed to this malicious content online. This is not just “stupid accusations”, it is defamation, cyber harassment, and false publication causing fear and alarm under Ghanaian law. I urge you to file a formal complaint so the authorities investigate, prosecute, and hold him accountable. He must be charged and punished accordingly. Enough silence! let justice speak.
