The road opens this week in the form of Public Demo 2.

Outposts, but no juggernauts. Before you arrived, several Soviet expeditions had already travelled to Tartarus. Groups of explorers built mobile outposts and resource depots for their needs. Now, all of this has gone to waste, and to conquer the island’s will, you have to restore what has been lost. Expedition outposts are special locations in the open worlds of PIONER where the player can establish a local base. Once rebuilt, outposts can be improved, turning them into trading or resource outposts. For example, outposts can be used to store resources, build a workbench, and get a courier. Upgrading outposts allows you to send new caravans and gain advantages in trade.

When you start hearing it... run! With the 0.4.0 patch and the implementation of Atmo Storm, events make their appearance. Here, a discharge: if you do not take shelter, you will die. 🔨 The art pass on the visual/sound effects is not done, this is a very (very) early demonstration.

We have 3 new weapons planned for the next patch 0.4.0. 1 AR, 1 SMG and 1 pistol. Gunfights will surely be very different from what we have now ! We'll share more about the other 2 weapons soon™

Here's the Public Demo 2 weapon arsenal. All of these are now fully animated and in total we are talking about +120 custom animation files.
