Our officers are attending an incident involving oil on the #RiverYare at Colney in #Norwich. A boom is in place to contain the pollutant and dog walkers are advised to avoid letting their pets enter the water. Officers will be back on site tomorrow for further investigations.

The first "proper" leaves of the Greater Water Parsnip! GWPs are aquatic plants, despite growing 2m tall. The seeds germinate underwater so GWPs first leaves are adapted to life in water and look very different to the leaves it grows later above the water. @Broads_LPS @NorfolkWT
