Look at this big beautiful girl. One of the first daughters of our @jolantasqueens breeder queen to emerge in the incubator this morning. Busy day now sorting 34 more of them out and into mating nucs. Queen rearing is the best part of beekeeping!

Very exciting and huge relief as today we could safely check the acceptance of our new @jolantasqueens breeder queen. Great service and advice from Jolanta and @calluna4u. Looking forward to introducing new genetics to our stock and soon having some new queens to sell!

@Robwils94254586 To be completely fair that’s more than one starter.. but yes my first graft each year doesn’t normally go so well. The cages are excellent we’re glad to be making and selling them in the UK and Europe now, saves so much time and money than shipping them in from the US.
