@nebx500 @Inevitablewest Left or right is irrelevant. He is pro democracy and against the corruption Orban built into the system. He also wants to align with the EU rather than Moscow. Only those who know nothing about him will be surprised by this.

@1urbanfan27unp @AllanDryer @lukomski_sebito Trump couldn't play chess if his life depended on it. Noughts and crosses is more his level. The only thing that interests Trump, is Trump. Sadly dumb arses like you fall for it every time.

🇭🇺 Hungary is voting RIGHT NOW and the globalist hyenas are circling in. After 16 years of Orbán telling Brussels, Soros, and the migrant invasion machine to go to hell, the traitor Péter Magyar (ex-Fidesz insider turned Brussels puppet) is leading in rigged polls. If Magyar wins, say goodbye to Hungarian sovereignty, hello to open borders, endless Ukraine cash grabs, and Hungary bending the knee to von der Leyen’s dictatorship. Orbán is the LAST real defender of Europe against the great replacement and woke suicide. Today decides: Will Hungary remain free or become another EU vassal state? Hajrá Magyarország!

@1urbanfan27unp @AllanDryer @lukomski_sebito That explains a lot. Tell me, what is it about you idiots that think electing millionaires who don't give a toss about you, and make your country an international laughing stock. How is that anything but totally stupid?

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Good, we are getting there. The mask has slipped. Now you can piss off and bore someone else. Now what will it be tonight, a curry, Chinese, Turkish, or there is a nice West African place nearby. Close to the Armenian cafe if I remember correctly. What a great country to live in.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Oh dear, can't you argue your case anymore? How sad, reduced to dumb, and wrong, assumptions. I'm an Eastender, as have my family been for a long time.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Actually the standard of care on the whole is pretty good. But if your relatives screw each other maybe you should have a word. Or do you join in?

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad 3. So yes, we need those doctors wherever they come from. Unless of course you believe poor care and increased suffering and death is a price worth paying for racial purity. I don't, and I doubt very much many do.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad 2. There is also rising pay, rising fuel bills and PFI contracts which suck out billions. Inflation in the NHS is higher than the norm. This means even above average inflation increases often barely cover inflation in the NHS and are often in effect a cut in the budget.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Not enough. In 2022/23 the NHS took on more foreign doctors than we can train in the UK. To increase the number would mean more facilities. To keep them all in the NHS would mean higher pay and shorter hours. That would mean we need more doctors. Where does the money come from?

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad They all get better pay and conditions. We could pay the same as Australia or the USA, and train enough people to fill the gaps. But the cost would be eye watering.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Probably. But they are here and the NHS would collapse without them. They come for better pay and conditions, much like many UK trained doctors and nurses go overseas for the same reason. Whether it is right of not, it is where we are. And we do not have the money to change it.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Around half of the 325,000 NHS staff were born overseas. Given many of them are highly trained do you think we just have lots of doctors and nurses knocking around? It would take years to train replacements and cost a fortune.

@christwine3 @TahirShah687 @TheBritLad Yes they do. Without them the NHS was would crash, care services would crash, the economy would go massively down hill. You might think that a price worth paying, I very much doubt if most do. Besides, most are very nice people who bring more to this country than you ever will.
