A warning to other cricket clubs in the area, our clubhouse was sadly broken into last night and our bar stock stolen. For a small club like us, things like this hit hard, but hopefully this message can help others

Second week in a row that our 2s have come out on top after a nail-biting finish. 8 wickets down needing 31 from final 3 overs to chase down @BransgoreCC’s 201. Incredible hitting from Lawrence Taylor (71*) saw us over the line with 3 balls to spare. 1s won v @Bournemouth_CC too

@johncurtis26 Thanks John. We’ve got no chance trying to keep the deer off… we’ve even got a mower that we use solely to vacuum up their poo 💩! We also have a problem with piglets getting between the bars in the autumn.

@BrockenhurstCC just to let you know your metal fence round the square doesn’t keep the deer off at night 🤣🤣🤣. Stayed at the hotel next to the ground last week and saw 2 jump the fence!!!! What a lovely spot to play cricket 👍🏻.
