@jc_2277 @JoshGolberg @SDJanesville @City_Janesville Be as old school as you want, but we haven’t lost a home game in 2 years, actually had road games switched to our field and have had other districts willing to pay rent to play games on our turf because their “natural fields” are underwater in the spring in Wisconsin. Turf works!

@JoshGolberg @SDJanesville @City_Janesville We have a turf infield, bullpens and batting cages at Turner now. It’s incredible what we can do both game and practice wise. A few times we have pushed a game back until rain stopped, but we have played all our home games and had teams switch their home games to our field.

An update on Tournament Performance Factor points through Level 2 of the #wisfb playoffs: Teams that are guaranteed to have 6 points and remain up: Kimberly (D1) Rice Lake (D2) Catholic Memorial (D3) Aquinas (D4) Columbus (D4) Stratford (D5) Also, Edgar is guaranteed to get to six points in Division 7, and thus will be elevated to Division 6 next year. Teams that were previously elevated but will fall below six total points in three-year average and thus be eligible to be moved back next year (pending final enrollment numbers): - Kettle Moraine (can go back to D2) - Monroe (back to D3) - Darlington (back to D6) - Saint Mary's Springs (back to D6) - Reedsville (back to D7)

26 years ago tonight I was slammed into head on by someone in my lane on a back country highway. 60mph both ways. They didn’t make it. I had 10 1/2 spine surgery and a long recovery. Still feel effects. Thought about it a lot today. Still angry and frustrated, but thankful.
