@Innokintech refused to replace a defective Ares. I tweeted about it and got this response. Emailed them like they asked and still haven't heard a damn thing from them about it. You guys better hope your Innokin stuff isn't defective because they DON'T CARE AT ALL.

Hey @Innokintech Your customer service is a joke and you should be ashamed of yourselves for refusing to help a loyal customer with a very defective Ares RTA. This is the broken center pin after ONLY TWO coil changes. Shame on you.
