Let’s leave this silly rhetoric behind in 2022. Some of the most successful people I know prioritize sleep and recovery. Going hard is essential, but you’re absolutely going to fail if you are grinding 100% of the time, for long periods of time.

Hey @trialsmiles what are the chances you’d host a marathon this spring on that burner of a course where you hosted previously. An army of @tracksmith athletes would be there in a snap. The spring is sadly void of truly quick marathons. It’s be great! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
