The right way to see the Statue of Liberty is from the water. Whenever I'm in NYC I love to take the Staten Island ferry—to have this view and be reminded of the good of this country. It also reminds me of the theme song from Perfect Strangers. (Regards to @BronsonAP .)

Seriously @BronsonAP I listen to a lot of goddamn audiobooks and you’re the absolute best.

Tonight I finished Absolution, the prequel book to Jeff Vandermere‘s Southern Reach trilogy. First of all, I think Bronson Pinchot is the best audiobook narrator in the history of audiobooks. Just a phenomenal performance. But secondly, I would give anything to see this turned into a real science fiction television series on Apple TV or somewhere where they know how to treat intellectual property with respect. It’s just so damn good.
