I wish there were more average sized arms represented in mainstream media for women. My body dysmorphia has been going crazy because I feel like my arms need to be half the size they are currently? We’ve glamorized these skinny arms that, for most of us, can only be achieved if you’re a literal adolescent.

I just want you to know, that it isn’t just you. It’s not about being alone because you’re not. It’s about the devil making you feel like it’s just you.

I’m pretty sure I got “ding dong ditched” the other day and it was somehow a lot less funny when I became “ding dong ditchABLE”. When did this happen?! 😫

My mom said something to me that really helped me talk myself out of worrying/anxiety spells. “Worrying is not trusting Gods plan”. Although that may seem simple or you have heard it before, it made so much sense in that moment. I’m hoping someone needed to hear this today ❤️

This little cutie comes to my back porch everyday to look in the window and wait for treats! He usually stays about an hour. What a sweet pea! His name is Mufasa ❤️ My cat is not a fan (3rd pic) I called his owners and they said he just likes to roam.
