YEL SSJ4 Goku has a ton of super “old Legends” abilities: 1. No blast armor on strikes 2. Damage reduction based on opponent arts card usage 3. 2x card draw speed, cover null, and damage guard penetration on ult only when there’s a dead ally On top of this, his stats are pretty low for a zenkai LF character and there are a lot of usable YEL characters right now. I think they just need to go all in on making this guy solely dedicated to helping UL SSJ4 Goku. On top of monstrous damage and damage guard numbers, he at the very least needs cover null on entry and I’d also like to see some sort of protection (either ki or card protection) for a few counts on entry. To pair well with UL SSJ4, he probably also wants sub count reduction from standby against big moves (UL Goku only lowers sub counts by 5) and it could be interesting to provide card protection support to UL SSJ4 so he can just stack damage guard penetration uninterrupted, although that’s not a mechanic that we’ve seen before. Overall I think it’s going to be pretty difficult to make this guy exceptionally good considering how his existing kit is designed for the modern game but hopefully they figure out a way to get it right.

@Goreshx I won't l like how Legends haven't been afraid to release non-hype characters like Saiyan Saga, OG DB and LOE campaigns this year ...despite the player base not receiving it well ....people have to accept that Dragon isn't just about hype like UI/MUI goku .
