Very disappointed with my #MFC-L3720CDW from @Brother_Support. Printer asking to replace toner after three months of very light printing. Counters show over 600 b/w and 300 colour prints, which is impossible, since we print an average of 10 pages a week. Defect or scam?

I’ve just spent an hour SCREAMING at my printer. It won’t connect to my new broadband. In my ENTIRE life I have NEVER had a home printer that did what it said on the box. Absolute bollocks. Every time. My blood pressure can’t stand it.

@Brother_Support why can’t I find an email or phone number anywhere on you customer support site? ( maybe I’m missing it) I have 2 Brother Printers that are often stuck in “ sleep “ mode, including the obedient directly connected to computer. Driving me insane.
