Retail prices are NOT even coming down. The duty cut went to bail out OMC losses; NOT to reduce prices at the pump. Petrol in Delhi crossed ₹100/L today. You didn’t give anything to the aam aadmi. You just stopped overcharging them slightly. That’s not policy. That’s arithmetic.
