Hi students! 💗 We’re seeing that some players are confused because they’re not receiving their items. This is most likely because you’re in an old server. How can you check?
Head to Campus 4 and look at the update log, Campus 4 is more likely to be running the newest version. If it’s not updated, try rejoining to get into a fresh server. Doing quests but getting 0 XP?
Don’t worry! That’s just a visual glitch. Your XP should still be applying, and we’re actively working on fixing it. It may already be resolved in some servers. Halo in the wrong inventory slot or appearing glitchy? We’re aware of this issue and working on it as well. We hope our gamepass holders are enjoying the new halos, we love seeing your posts! ✨ And for players who don’t own the 4x gamepasses, we hope you’re enjoying the diamond buff! 💎 Lots of love,

@RoyaleHighValks hiii valks, i was just wondering as i have had a subscription on 4x diamonds and i cancelled it on the 24th december 2025, would i be able to recieve 4x halo and diamond compensation as well? thank you, you all are doing an amazing job!
