The MCPO will make the final charging decisions. Led by the IMPD, Operation Guardian combined the resources and expertise from several IMPD specialty teams from Covert Investigations, the Indiana Crime Guns Task Force, IMPD District Violent Crimes and Violence Reductions Task Forces, as well as multiple partner agencies, including the Marion County Sheriff's Office (IN), Drug Enforcement Administration - DEA, Department of Homeland Security, Indiana State Police, United States Marshals Service, FBI - Indianapolis , Marion County Prosecutor's Office, and the ATF. Together, officers and agents focused on safely apprehending individuals responsible for driving violence in Indianapolis. @93wibc
