@ashhhnofap Deliberately forcing yourself to focus on literally anything else is the best thing you can do to abate the urges. Falling down is tempting and can be very enjoyable, but you’ll feel better, healthier, and more in control if you keep trying to improve and not give in!

Been relapsing the past few days, but going to really try and lock back in on #nofap. It’s no fun being overly reliant on porn to enjoy yourself, the only solution is to break away from it and try to stay away from it!

Closing out day 3 of my #nofap streak, there’s been a few moments where the urges have been pretty strong, but exercise has been helping me a lot with staving the urges off the past couple days. I’d encourage anybody else to go for a walk whenever you feel the urge!

#nofap easily on day 2 without even considering a relapse Give up on nofap and get rid of the guilt of relapsing. Before when I was doing nofap, at my worst, I was failing multiple times a day Without the insane goal of never fapping, my stress and shame is lower=less relapses

I’ve been spending more time away from here to avoid triggers, and lately it seems to be working. I relapsed Sunday but I’m on day 2 of #nofap right now, and it really does feel a lot easier after the first big hurdle of day 1! Getting outside a lot and long walks are great help!

Been doing pretty badly with #nofap lately. I haven’t been making a real effort. It’s really easy to just submit to your base urges when it’s what you’re used to doing, it can be hard to rise above them. For the rest of tonight I’m gonna stave off those urges! Day 1 tomorrow!
