Chapter 5 of my Artificial Fear audio project will be delayed a little longer as I have a cold and sound awful. It is coming though, for anyone who's interested. After 2 airports and 14 museums, a cold seems inevitable in this day and age.

Another fantastic moment at Frameless in London. Does raise the question of when do you stop filming something and just experience it? I filmed a few scenes while there but then made sure to leave the bulk of it just to my senses and my memories.

If you’re an art lover, Frameless in London is an absolute must see. Fun the way they’ve taken some classic art and found a way to wrap it around you. I’d love to see these people go on making shows from art for decades.

If you told me he wore red so that his enemies could not see him bleed, I'd probably believe you. And maybe that's the funniest part of it all. I've shunned belief and done away with all gods and demons and blather. But I want to believe in Santa Claus.

I know Santa Claus is a hodge podge of evolving beliefs, lies and marketing, but that doesn't make him any less cool. Immortal. Flying sled pulled by reindeer. Who has the brass set for that kind of psychotic sky ride. He may even be able to freeze time. Probably a time lord.

This comes from someone who actually likes the holidays. I love Christmas trees and colored lights. Christmas music playing in the background when i go out. Hell, I think Santa Claus is a neat mythological figure with a whole host of fascinating time and space warping abilities.

But then Christmas happens. Suddenly no one gives a shit about the mall, the roads clear up, and you can get things shipped again in a normal stretch of time. We're shit out the other end of capitalism and just have to navigate the non holiday that is New years.

Getting through the holidays can sometimes feel like the slowly closing sphincter of capitalism. Stress building till so many features of everyday life become a constant irritation. Shipping times are ruined. Roads anywhere near a mall are traffic nightmares. And people get mean.

Today the word scent is my nemesis. Five times I've scrapped a recording because of the chaos that word brings on. Scent, I will defeat you and your silent C.

There's a keyboard and a screen, an interface gateway to get me to that place behind my eyes where all the stories happen. To record events. Before the keyboard there was a typewriter, and before that there was a pen, scribbling dreams across paper. What comes next I wonder?
