It's been all go recently for me and @AksanDotDev. Settling in now we're back to the office in @UoNComputerSci. We've started the festive celebrations early with a load of fairy lights and it's already feeling just like home. Now, where is my Santa hat?

Sooo excited to be the mascot for this year! Get to say 'hi' to all of you! Got a great bunch of organizers to work with, at least from what I can tell over discord. Been involved in so much modelling for stuff, hope it all pays off, I'm soooo nervous with cameras.

Our first event of the year is this Thursday! With guest speaker Professor Andy Stanford-Clark, CTO for IBM in UK and Ireland. Andy will take us on a tour of some of his exciting IoT projects, starting in the living lab he has created at his home on the Isle of Wight.
