Ik vind het een heerlijke casus: gaat een Nederlandse rechter bij een visboer afdwingen dat de visboer (klinkt ook al prachtig Nederlands) respect moet betuigen aan de moslimbroederschap, ISIS, het achterlijke regiem in Afghanistan en Iran? Gaat dat werkelijk gebeuren? Als dat zo is, dan heeft de strijd tegen het islamisme geen enkel effect. Dan wint de moslimbroederschap (lawfare) van de democratische rechtsstaat. Dan kunnen we, kort gezegd, Nederland wel gaan sluiten. Maar goed, ik denk dat de rechter de visboer gelijk gaat geven.
