@BMore_Healthy @emilyasullivan City health dept keeps changing their criteria for ending mask updates. On Aug 6, Dzira stated mandate would be lifted when two weeks decreasing rates, we now had four weeks decreasing rates. So what is correct answer what they said Aug 6? Low transmission here is not realistic

Things are improving but we are not in moderate or low transmission and have not been since the reinstatement. We have seen improvement but not in moderate or low. As for “no communication”, we mention this at nearly every press conference…
