@ohthosemartins @StephenKing @hbomax @HBO @IT_official No. Just the dumbing down and villainization of almost every white male in the show. White man bad was pretty much the underlying message of the show. This message is getting old and don’t hand me the argument that it was the 60s because not every white man was an asshole.

@CHelleaven @EllyTwitch Nigga wrote an essay. It can’t mean this much.

Just because you say “ask me anything” doesn’t give you the right to be weird—pressing your faces up against the damn camera like oddballs.
Back up.
Give her respect and ask normal-ass questions.
You know, like:
“Are you enjoying the show?”
“Any games you’re hoping to win?”
Instead, they immediately went for a comedy bit to mess with her—because they’re “entertaining live streamers.”
But when you meet someone you literally call a legend, you decide to ask goofy shit that would make any girl mentally check out?
Do people seriously not understand body language?
The lip smacking.
The leaning in.
The proximity.
The questions themselves.
All of it was off.
And once again, let me point this out clearly: that iPad is her world view.
That’s her first-person perspective.
Everyone watching from a third-person angle goes, “Oh, it was all in good fun.”
Not for her.
I genuinely don’t get how even prominent content creators fail to understand this basic fact.
The second pic is a simulated image of what she was actually seeing—because they were less than a foot from the camera.
If they had just backed up and acted like normal, respectful people in a Zoom-style interaction, maybe Mouse would’ve taken it differently. But between the questions and how close they were?
That would’ve messed with any girl.
Again—this is her world view.
Why are people judging a sick girl when they themselves have so many faults?
Have we really fallen this far in what online “content” is? Because a lot of these so-called “takes” are coming from people who are honestly just pieces of shit.
She’s a sick but sweet VTuber who’s helped countless people and donates to charity.
But sure—let’s question how she felt because… content?
What the fuck are we even doing online lately?
I ranted to my own fans about this—I can’t stand what streaming has become. It’s just high school cheerleader drama-club bullshit instead of actual fun or creativity.
I try to just entertain people, but they check out unless there’s drama.
I’m sick of it.
Can we just not do this anymore?
The girl legitimately had a huge music number at these awards—something that took planning, coordination, and countless hours of work—but instead we’re hyper-fixating on two stupid-ass kids who offer no fucking value whatsoever to content.
Why are their feelings the focus instead of the genuinely awesome shit Ironmouse has done—and was actively doing—at that show?
And for the record, this is coming from a casual fan. I can’t just sit around watching her streams all day—I’ve got my own stuff to do for our fans and our series.
But damn, I genuinely hope her real friends are there for her right now. Because listening to people talk down to a sick person like this is fucked up, and I don’t care what anyone says to excuse it..
