Why anchors in English News channels cannot speak English for more than 2-3 sentences and switch to Hindi?

The previous DMK government did not use the Nirbhaya funds for installing lights at secluded places. Instead they used the funds for tailoring training etc. I had questioned this long time back. @CMOTamilnadu please make sure you install lights in all places across the state .
