@DaveHo1mes Can’t start the season with wood/T as your main strikers.

They’ll want two midfielders and one of them to be a guaranteed starter. There hasn’t been a striker linked to us all summer, I think they ride with what they have unless someone pays the valuation for Kalimuendo. Wood and Taiwo can be managed through a season with one game a week, and we need to know what we have with Jesus and Kalimuendo before we go and throw big money at someone else, they can both play off the main striker just as effectively so that could be an option to look at before they go into a bad striker market and take another risk.

Four new signings for #NFFC would surely be centre back, wing back, and two midfielders, with any more driven by player sales. It’s exactly the type of mature window we should be targeting, and with a decent budget they should be able to bring in real quality. Some may still move on but with a full preseason and a year to settle in at the club we should see a lot better from the players signed last season, and they should all be given a chance to impress the new manager.

@BrummieTricky It’s definitely on the list if they sell any of the four strikers we have, but surely the midfield where we currently only have Sangare, Dominguez and Yates is the clear priority?
