I’m honestly impressed with how well the My Hero Academia spin-off is being handled. They’ve added more comic-style effects throughout the scenes, which gives it a really cool visual identity. And bringing in a few heroes from the main anime was a smart move to boost audience engagement. I’m Catholic, and if a work itself doesn’t contain anything that goes against my faith, I have no problem consuming it. HP and Percy Jackson are works of fiction, despite the magical universe, I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong. For example, Tolkien was a devout Catholic and wrote about the myths of his land. Of course, some Catholics might disagree with me, some are stricter, others not so much. 🙂

I am very curious for other Christiand perspective on this: Based on your convictions, do you think it is okay to read/watch fictional media about mythologies, magic, etc. (Ex/ Harry Potter, Percy Jackson). I think it’s 100% fine bc it's fiction and God gave us creativity.

Compreendo o seu ponto. 😉 Eu cheguei a ler além do anime para entender alguns pontos da história. E pretendo ler a novel após o ponto de virada. Sendo sincera, minha preferência recai sobre a trajetória dele com ela. Não gosto muito do recurso "harém", para mim, soa como um clichê desgastado, sem grande impacto criativo, mas essa é a justificativa do autor da obra.
