I think harvey being seen on the western part of sodor in the cgi series works pretty well with him dealing with branchline shenanigans

Should’ve joined the sodor rescue team they could’ve used him for Branchline accidents (like Brendam and ffarquhar) and Rocky for mainline stuff then Judy and Jerome for whatever they were doing in the show
