On Friday took 78 year 9 students to Mansfield Superbowl as a reward trip for positive conduct & attendance. The students were an absolute credit to us and walked sensibly from school, through town to Mansfield Superbowl before having a fantastic time bowling followed by lunch.

Year 12 Media Studies students spent the day at Nottingham Trent University yesterday for the BBC Verify day. Students had the opportunity to work in a real newsroom studio where they worked both behind and in front of the cameras to produce their very own news programme.

Today 80 of the top attending year 8 students visited Lammas Leisure for their Ice Skating reward trip. Students were great, and staff commented on how polite they all were. There wasn't too much falling over either!

Great meeting with @kidsleaguekenya and our year 7's, we had a presentation from @SheldrickTrust about the work they do with orphaned elephants and the role they play in conservation. The students then took part in a Q & A session with the other UK and Kenyan schools #proud
