It was a good weekend in Denver for @ncte’s national conference to speak about facilitating bilingual student expression and share @thepirateshook’s work.
I also discovered great new authors like @Anterobot and @MarciaMickelson.

Solidarity played a crucial role in protecting immigrant students in my district during previous ICE raids. When enough voices push back on federal policy, things can change.
