@wesayso I’ve had good results with QuickTime for quick and basic, and Camtasia for something more tailored (e.g. capture specific part of screen, capture from mobile)

@_nicklee Would love it if there were! I’ve used two routes: separate computer accounts to switch between, and sharing the shared drives from one account to the other. Pros and cons to each but they’ve worked ok for scenarios I’ve faced

Is it possible to add two google accounts to Google File Stream? Such an annoying workflow, having to toggle between two accounts

So @ThreeUK decided that this was an appropriate time to tell me that my contract was increasing in cost by 33% and that I should call them if I wanted something else. At a time that the contact centres are offering “a very limited service”. Unimpressed.

@troyhunt @virginmedia I got my notification of this breach to an email address that was supposed to have been deleted from their records years ago... and to which they continue sending me someone else’s bills. (Yes, reported to them and @ICOnews )

So James from @DPD_UK has left my parcel in what he describes as the “front porch”. To anyone else, that is the PAVEMENT OUTSIDE THE MAIN DOOR OF A FLAT. This is not acceptable. Safe place delivery instructions were supplied and ignored. Yet again: 4th time this has happened.

(I put the Direct Debit Guarantee to the test here; my bank couldn’t have been more helpful, and promptly reversed the charge.)

A month ago I received a bill from @virginmedia for service the month after my contract end date. Called up: “no no you won’t be charged anything” I remained skeptical “no really, you’re in credit, NOTHING will be taken from your bank”. Oh guess what’s just come out of my bank...
